日本の有田とカナダを拠点にしています。カナダのスタジオでは、色んな国からきた陶芸家と共に異なる作陶方法をお互いに意見交換しながら制作します。その作陶方法は各国の歴史と文化に根ざしたものでアイデアにあふれています。
私は、東洋と西洋の陶土や釉薬や絵具の特性を研究し混合することで、それぞれの持ち味を最大限に引き出すことを追求しています。
私の作品はどれも手作りの一点ものです。

I am based in Arita, Japan and Canada. In my Canadian studio, I work with ceramist from various countries, exchanging ideas and sharing their different pottery-making methods. These pottery-making methods are rooted in the history and culture of each country and are full of ideas.
I pursue the maximum use of each by studying and mixing the characteristics of Eastern and Western clays, glazes and paints.
All my pieces are handmade and unique.
